(Contract Between the Student and the Institute)

This contract is concluded between the Student and the Institute. After being approved and signed, the student is obliged to observe all Terms and Conditions contained therein. No exceptions shall be made without the consent of the Institute. However, in principle it is not subject to any exceptions.

Both Parties agreed as follows:-

•  The student shall observe the Terms and Conditions stipulated in the Internet Web of the Institute. A written copy is available at the management of the Institute.

•  The student undertakes to attend studies in the Institute for a minimum period of one academic year (i.e. eight months).

•  The student undertakes to pay study fees in advance. The minimum advance payment is for one academic year being Eight Hundred U.S. Dollars ($800) Now four hundred U.S. Dollars ($400).

•  The student undertakes to pay necessary fees required from him, in the event whereby the Institute requires from him, such as fees required pertaining to searching for a house or fees for accompaniment other than the three days free period.

•  In the event whereby the student arrives with his family, the student shall be responsible for all members of his family.

•  Absence of the student from attending some classes shall not reduce the amount of his study fees, whether such absence is justified or unjustified.  The Institute will give him another day for the day which he lost.

•  After his arrival, the student undertakes to communicate with the management of the Institute continuously in the event whereby he faces any obstacles in his life, which may be as a result of the accommodation or any dispute with a Yemeni citizen. In other words, he is obliged not to cause problems or disorder. He is, also, obliged to fill a form which is available at the Institute to be submitted to the Police.

•  In the event whereby the student wishes to withdraw from studying at the Institute before commencing the study program, he is entitled to recover the Study Fees in full, provided that he pays for the Exit Visa, upon which he shall be deported from Yemen, or pays to switch the study contract to a non-study contract (i.e. he pays the difference between what he paid for the study contract minus the study fees, and the non-study contract).

•  In the event whereby the student wishes to stop studying at the Institute after commencing the study program, he may recover the Study Fees for the second year or the second half of the same study year if he already paid for that.

•  If the student wishes to withdraw his passport from the Institute for any reason; e.g. any procedures in the Embassy, he shall pay the Guarantee Fees, which he shall recover after returning the Passport.

•  If the Student is not willing to pay the Guarantee Fees, he may provide a written Guarantee from one of the students who are studying in the Institute.

•  If the student wishes to travel to his country or any other country and then returns to continue studies, he shall pay for the Exit and Re-Entry Visa.

•  The Student shall bear any penalties resulting from contradiction/violation of the rules of the Institute or Yemen.

•  The student shall not request his passport from the Institute in order to apply for his Residence Visa through any other party, so long that he entered Yemen through the Institute, unless he paid for the Exit Visa, which is to be obtained through the Institute and taken to the Airport, and then he may return and apply for the Residence Visa through the other party.

•  The procedures for residence visas or exit and entry visas must be conducted by the Institute.

•  The Institute must teach the student two hours each study day, and it must reimburse the student for every day it did not fulfill this service.  The Institute must follow-up on determining the level of the student and give him a certificate for every level completed.

•  The contract will be in effect unless the Institute ceases responsibility of the student, or if the student attains a non-return exit visa, or if the student switches the contract to a non-study contract or switches his residence visa to a sponsor in Yemen other than the Institute.
