Enrollment Procedures

 

To begin the procedure of enrollment with the Institute the student should follow these steps:

  1. Fill the Enrollment Application Form DOWNLOAD THE FORM
    2. (To Download, Right-Clik than Save as)
  2. Send a recommendation letter from one of the leaders or Imams of a Salafi masjid in his country.
  3. A letter of acceptance/rejection of the Application will then be sent from the Institute to the applicant.
  4. If accepted, the student will be required to send a copy of his passport and passports of all of those traveling from his family along with payment of all fees (Fees for Entry/Residence Visas, Registration and Study).
  5. Upon receipt of the above, the institute will send an invitation letter (a copy of the entry visa) to the student. This may take some days, depending on the nationality of the student.
  6. Upon receiving of the Invitation Letter/Visa, the student shall send us information with regard to his arrival and the flight, which should be at least one week before traveling.
  7. Upon his arrival, the student will be received by the representative of the Institute.
  8. Once settled into his accommodation, the student will take the attainment test to determine his level.
  9. Based on the result the student will be placed on either Level One or Level Two.
  10. The period of study (e.g. 8 months) will only begin once studies commence.

Institute Fees:

  1. Entry Visa Fees - $100 US now $200
  2. Residence Visa Fees - $100 US now $200
  3. Registration and Reception Fees - $100 US
  4. Study Fees for One Year - $800 US now $400
  5. Study Fees for Two Years - $1,500 US now $800
  6. Fees for house searching in the event of there being no vacancies in the Institutes residences – One Months Rent
  7. Fees for extended touring of the city over 3 days - $5 US per hour.
  8. Exit and Re-Entry Visa Fees - Y.RIs. 7,000 now 6000Y.Rls
  9. Departure Fees with Transport to Airport - Y.Rls. 5,000 4000Y.Rls
  10. Security deposit needed for temporary withdrawal of a passport from the Institute - $500 US (or the guarantee of a student in the Institute)
  11. Fees for delaying the return of the Passport over the set date Y.Rls. 500 - per day per passport
  12. Cost of rent in the institute's residences – $70 US per month - for one room and $100 US per month - for two rooms
